😅 Not going to lie… when I got the email, I had to read it twice.

I recently found out that I made eXp Realty’s 2025 Top Producers List and ranked in the Top 250 in the nation for units sold.

Which is honestly kind of wild to me.

Because if you could see what most of my days actually look like as a Northern Kentucky Realtor, it’s not exactly glamorous.

Most days look more like:

📱 Answering texts from buyers and sellers at 10pm
🏡 Running to showings around Campbell County, Kenton County, and Boone County in leggings and a baseball hat
🧾 Negotiating inspection repairs and contract details
☕ Meeting clients for coffee to talk through big life decisions

Real estate isn’t really about houses.

It’s about people and life transitions.

Behind every closing is someone:

• buying their very first home in Northern Kentucky
• selling the house where they raised their kids
• relocating closer to family
• starting a brand new chapter

Those moments are the real reason this business means so much to me.
